The contribution of interpersonal relations between teachers and students in configuration of psychological classroom climate (Bachelor thesis)

The present study refers to the contribution of interpersonal relations between teachers and students in configuration of psychological classroom climate. Specifically, the importance of interpersonal relations for teachers and their students is examined. Moreover, the factors affecting interpersonal relations are analyzed. Furthermore, reference is made to the psychological classroom climate and his definitions. Then, reported the sectors where developing the factors that configure the psychological climate and emphasized the important contribution of the positive psychological climate for learning. Aim of the current research is to investigate primary education teachers' views and for this purpose the technique of the interview was used. The findings of this research confirmed the importance of the contribution of interpersonal relations in configuration of psychological classroom climate and in relation to the teaching
